The meeting will take place under the auspices of
- Czech Radio Club (in short C.R.C.)
- and Mgr. Ondrej Vyborny, the Mayor of Holice municipality
Venue:
Holice v Cechach (Holubova 768, 534 01 Holice), 50°4'14.488"N, 15°59'18.684"E, Eastern Bohemia, the Czech Republic. Holice is situated on the main road No. 35, (E442), 18 km from Hradec Králové towards Brno.
ATTENTION:
The access road to the Meeting area is changed due to the bypass of Holice. See the map.
Accommodation:
The organiser does not provide any accommodation. You have to find and book accommodation yourself in hotels or hostels in Holice or close to Holice.
Boarding:
Board will be served in the dining-hall inside the Community Centre or in restaurants in Holice.

- Lectures will be held in the Great Hall of the Community Centre
- Meetings of groups of the same interests
- Ham radio trade fair
- Traditional flea market

In open space
You can sell your stuff directly from your cars or from your own tables. The salesman will pay 300,- CZK / 1 day for the limited space (3 x 6 m). There are also special places for radioamateur goods only. The fee is 760 CZK for limited space (5 x 5 m) for two days. These special places must be booked in advance (via email setkank1khl.com).
Each salesperson has to pay also the entrance fee.

Traffic and Parking
- The traffic and parking is under control due to great number of visitors.
Entry is allowed only for cars with extra permission (organizers, guests of honor, sellers) a cars ridden to flea fair after fee payment. Parking around is regulated by traffic signs.
Parking is also allowed at playfield. Organized by SK Holice.
- Parking fee on playfield of SK Holice is 50 CZK.
- For disabled persons with valid documents is reserved parking place nearby of the Sports hall and it is free of charge.
Entrance fee
- The ticket is valid for both days
- 80,- CZK / 1 person
- 50,- CZK / 1 person over 70 with an identity card
- Free for children under 15 and and for disabled except salespersons on flea fair
